12 classes series for somebody new to yoga.
We practice breath work and few yoga poses in each class.
The series starts on Tuesday, September 20th 9:00am(Central Time)
You'll have access to all regularly scheduled Zoom class between 9/20/2022 and 10/28/2022.
You'll also can schedule one 30min private session between 9/20/2022 and 10/28/2022.
